Shipping and Returns

Shipping Times

Some items are printed on demand and will ship within 2-3 business days. In stock items will ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Customers will be sent a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and your selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the shipment. This includes all VATS, IVA, and Taxes. Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment, and furthermore, Misfit Machine cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery, delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be subject to additional shipping charges if a request for re-shipment is made.

Refunds

Due to the nature of 3D printed items, we aren't able to offer refunds, but we can offer an exchange or replacement.

Damages or other issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and if the product you ordered is damaged in any way, we will happily replace it.
